Physical fitness made simple is my attempt at good karma.
As a kid, I was “husky”. A pleasant euphamism for fat. As I grew up, I was always active in sports, but still carried my fair share of body-fat. Even today, it is very easy for me to put on extra weight.
As I am prone to abdominal adiposity, being heavy is not only bad for my ego; it is bad for my health.
My interest in health & fitness helped steer me to my current choice of career.
I like to think of myself as more than a personal trainer. Through a variety of physical, mental & dietary strategies, I try to help people re-create themselves into the very picture of health.
Remember, genetics is not destiny.

Hey D
I agree with your observation the Murphy Gym is initially expensive but it is spa/gym quality equipment that will last 10 or 20 years. If you amoratize that cost over the time the Murphy gym is going to last it’s less than a daily starbucks coffee. The two independent weight stacks with cable access from bottom to top leaves your exercise options limited only by your imagination.
If you ever want to try one out lets try to get together as I am another former fat kid present day fitness guy.
Keep the faith, keep well and blog on brother
